Allright, its been so long, so im gonna give a little update because if I dont chuck norris will roundhouse kick me into oblivion. Cant remember where exactly I left off, so ill start at the beggining of this semester. After the long and boring break, the new semester started. My classes this semester arent too bad, although still a nice workload (14 credits). So far my grades are kicking ass, aced my stats test and got an 89 on my geography test, and am doing well in my 2 TC classes. I also know people in each one of my classes, which is awesome! Things with Psi U are going well also. House Manager is a TOUGH and BUSY job, but im managing. People are saying im kicking ass at it, which is good i guess. We have rent inspections in a month, so i will have my hands full with that. I also got elected Greek Week chair with Cornille. He is all for this stuff, but im helping all I can. Partnered with Gamma Phi Beta (2nd Place) and Sigma Pi (1st place) (we placed 4th), so we will have an awesome team. We also got another 9 pledges (from the 11 we got last semester). That is amazing for a spring pledge class! I will also be getting ANOTHER little brother (thats 3 now). Things are looking so great for Psi U right now, a bright future that im glad to be a part of. I quit the job at Tractor Supply Company cause they give me shit for hours, but i got a new job. Student Maintainence at the MSU union. A little less pay but many more hours, and the job itself is a joke. I mean i have 9 hour shifts, where we do 2 hours of work. I do my homework and bring my laptop to pass time! A wonderful job! Which is great, cause I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo BROKE right now! The people I work with are cool too. Gaffin got me the job, as well as Luke. Last, and DEFINETLY not least, is my wonderful girlfriend Lauren. We are still together and im loving every minute of it, she is so great. I was able to bring her home recently where she could meet some friends and family and we had a wonderful time. For those of you that havent met her yet, im sorry, but you will evenually. Everything is going better than I could have ever imagined with this relationship :-D. Love ya Lauren ;).
So there is a quick and brief overview of this semester. As you can tell, i am busyy off my ass, but when im busy i stay out of trouble ;) |

Seeing how people are doing a year in review, I may as well do it.
January: The start of my semester as a TC student and not a damned Engineering student. Engineering sure did suck! oh well Im enjoying my new major. Also the start as my reign as treasurer at Psi U, which from what the older brothers say, I was the best they had in the while, nothing beats being in the black when you were in the red 2 years before :-D. Also the month Mandalor was created, little tit for tat there :-P.
February: Winter sucks, lol. I remember digging my car out alot of lot 83. really got to get good friends with graham this month, even though he can be a hippie.
March: Probably the height of my WoW addiction, lol. Not too much this month, Greek week songfest was a lot of fun. Met alot of cool girls from Chi Omega, and danced like a madman(im not gay! lol).
April: My highlight of hanging out with my Yakeley girls. I had so much fun with them spring semester. I still hang out with them, but not as much as I used to. From the late night pokey stix with laura, to the cheesy horror movie nights where me and betsy got too drunk, to the night we played games and i literally kicked gina out of her own bed and passed out, and cant forget sleeping on chantels damn uncomfortable "short couch" from hell. Good time girls, even if I was the "minority penis". We had alot of fun!
May: The end of the semester and my grades were great. However this started a huge depression for me, one of the worst I have seen. I think what caused the start of it was leaving state for 4 months, i have made so many friends here, and i didnt want to leave them all. Also started work on the old farm again.
June: My 20th birthday.....most boring birthday ever being between 19 and 21. Also the month my goddaughter was born. Emma is such a cute little girl :-D. COngrats frank and christina, she truly is a treasure. this was prolly the height of my depression. Beth and Justin were having relationship problems, which sucked cause both of them are such great friends. Soon after, jared and liz had problems also, which are 2 other good friends. All the helping others only sunk me deeper, then me and laura (the one from MSU) got into a huge fight and we didnt talk until like august, which sucked cause she is also a good friend.
July: HOT SUMMER WITH NO AC = SUCKY! I survived, not too much happened this time, i worked alot in the fields, visited Justin in midland once. Wnet to East Lansing for a Psi U summer party which was awesome. Alot of close friends showed up, ones i havent seen since freshman year, including my pledge bro, Jim. that helped my depression quite a bit.
August: Ending work, didnt get paid until 2 months after so i was BROKE for a while. Also moved into my awesome new room at Psi U. Its so much fun living here. Seeing everyone back at state intially brought me out of my depression (lots of help from Beth too, thank you so much!). We had a marty gras party for welcome week which was a HUGE hit and lots of fun. My new semester wasnt bad at all either.
September: This was a bad month. I drank too much, i wont lie. This is the worst time in the semester cause there is NOTHING to do. Had marty over to the house a couple times, he seemed to like it. We got our new pledge class of 11 guys, more on that later. I kind of got back in to my "social tendencies" that i wasnt too proud of before. Marty is also a noob, and I pwn him in the social life so badly, he will never admit it ;).
October: Tailgate fell apart, started out fun. Lamda chis are pretty cool, and zeta girls are crazy. Cops were still enforcing harsly so not many people risked it. MSU football started out great but then FELL APART. Sucks but at least we got basketball. Classes going real well at this point, just kept me very busy with the treasurer job also.
November: BUSY MONTH. First of all, half way through it was the pledges last week, in which i was their general. Which means i watch over them and guide them through their last part. It was soooooo busy and rough to do, but i got them through, all 11 of them! They are all great guys and im so glad they went through. This month I also met my lovely girlfriend, the amazing Lauren. At my friends party none the less. I would of never thought id fins someone so right for me at a random party. Oh well she is wonderful :-D.
December: Finals Suck, im sick now too, so that doesnt add. Havent partied much at all this month cause im so busy. I got elected as House Manager now, which is gonna keep me quite busy. I saw narnia with some wilson friends and lauren the other day, it was pretty good movie. Then I got sick, but Lauren was sick also, so we spent the night togehter watching movies and coughing alot, lol. Finals are alomst over and i look forward to the relax time over break! |

ITS OVER. Its the morning, i slept for 12 hours and it was glorious. Thank god my wendsday class was canceled! ANd I did my job cause ALL 11 of our pledges are now brothers. Its amazing how a small house with 26 brothers can get 11 new actives and have a good 6-9 allready lined up for next semester! Not to mention we won anchor splash and got 3rd in broomball tourney. It is a great time to be in the hosue and I love it. On another good note, I will be getting my job at tractor supply Company in a couple of weeks. The LONG weekend is finally here and im will be going home to EAT like a king with the family. I can also hang out with the J-man, Eric, Marty, Liz, Justin and maybe even Beth! I cant wait! Now it is time to clean the room before i take off back home. |

Sorry for no update latley, but been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO busy. My 240 projects are creeping on me, as well as 2 papers and an exam this week. And not to metion i got elected a general for this semester "brotherhood" week, so i gotta watch the 12 little pledges we got for a week. Which means little or no sleep. Oh well, these guys are solid and i would love them to go through with it. I also have to miss the LaLonde family thing again, which I always miss so I feel like an ass for that. I will update more on thanksgiving when im not so damn busy. Either tonight or tommorrow i will get a nice break from the chaos of school and the house when I get to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Lauren. I havent seen it yet! and I will very soon :P.

Wow, I just watched Kingdom of Heavan with GAffin, and I must say it is really a good movie. Made me think about religion back then and now, and also how much more respect people had for others back then. I know it sounds cheesy but it is similar to my philsophy, which is dying oh so fast, so if you dont like it you can BITE ME. It also got me thinking about religion ALOT. I definetly need to start goin to church more. |

Things have been so strange this week. My week wasnt bad, but it seems EVERYONE i know is either depressed or pissed or something in that line (With the exception of Laura(not my sis laura), she has been so cheery, she put a smiley after she said she was goin to study). Seeing everyone like this is really starting to get to me though. I want to help all I can, but you can only do so much :(. I just want to tell EVERYONE to cheer up, there is good in this life, sometimes it doesnt show at all. That is why we have friends and family that are close, to help us through those rough times. If I can do anything for anybody let me know, I am here for ALL of my friends, as you would all do for me. |
